  • You can order prints, limited editions and bespoke pet portraits directly through our website. Simply select your preferred size and framing option and complete checkout securely online.

    For bespoke digital collages or My Town commissions, you can either place an order or submit an enquiry to discuss your idea first.

  • Not necessarily.

    For pet portraits and some bespoke artwork, you can place your order first and upload your photographs afterwards. If you’d prefer to discuss your idea first, you’re very welcome to send an enquiry.

  • Timescales vary depending on complexity and demand.

    As a guide:

    • Pet portraits typically take 1–3 weeks

    • Digital collages vary depending on detail

    • My Town commissions depend on scope

  • Clear, well-lit images with visible detail in the face and eyes work best.

    However, we can often work from older, lower-quality or phone images — so please don’t worry if your image isn’t perfect.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to send several images if you'd like us to combine elements or choose the strongest reference.

  • Yes. All artwork is printed in our studio using professional large-format printers and high-quality archival papers.

    We focus on colour accuracy, detail and longevity.

  • Yes. We offer professionally prepared framing options suitable for display in homes, offices and commercial spaces.

  • Yes. We use professional papers and inks designed for long-term display.

  • Limited edition prints are produced in small, fixed quantities. Each edition size is clearly stated on the product page.

    Once the edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted at that size.

  • Yes. Limited edition prints are signed and numbered.

  • Yes — we regularly introduce new pieces. Once a particular edition sells out, it is retired.

  • Yes. Collection from our Wetherby studio can be arranged once your artwork is ready.

  • Yes. We carefully package and dispatch artwork for delivery within the UK.

    Delivery times depend on the product and framing option selected.

  • All artwork is securely packaged to protect it during transit.

  • Yes. We regularly work with designers, hospitality venues and commercial clients to create distinctive artwork for professional spaces.
