If you're enquiring about a bespoke artwork or have already placed an order, you can upload your photographs here.
If you’ve already ordered (Pet Portrait, My Town, or Digital Collage), thank you for your order — we’re looking forward to creating something special for you. Please include your order number (if available, original email used at ordering if not) to help can match your images to your purchase.
If you're enquiring first, simply upload your images and include a brief note about what you’d like created.
We’ll review everything personally and get back to you with suggestions and a quote.
Before You Upload
To help us create the best possible artwork:
Upload the highest resolution images you have
If sending multiple images, include all relevant options.
There is a limit of 5 images per upload, if you have more than 5 images please upload in batches or if you prefer email them to info@toffartists.co.uk
If you’re unsure which images to use, upload your favourites and we’ll advise
Don’t worry if your photo isn’t perfect — part of our process is refining and enhancing it. If we cannot rescue an image we will let you know before commencing any work.
Once we receive your images, we will:
• Review your photographs
• Provide feedback and a quote if requested
• Make any edits and refinements required
• Prepare your artwork digitally
• Send you a proof for approval before printing
Nothing goes to print until you’re completely happy
What Happens Next
If you experience any difficulty uploading your photographs, please email info@toffartists.co.uk and we’ll guide you through the process.
Your Images Are Safe With Us
Your photographs are used solely for the creation of your artwork.
We never share your images and they are stored securely.
Once the project is completed’ you are entirely happy and have received the final result we will delete the images you send us.
